The same could be said for the myriad of man pages anyone hasnt read before
posting here Onno. Excuse me for trying to discuss a linux-related topic on
your list.
Everywhere I looked, the claim was that the fees were to ensure the continued
existance of a not-for-profit organisation. Perhaps I did miss it, but nowhere
did I read that the fees were required by Australian law. In effect, under
Australian law, you are banned from licensing a trademark to someone without
consideration? wow... kind of voids Jeremy's claim that he doesnt expect LMI
to start collecting fees.......
