hehe, I got sick of dependancy issues with Debian when I install
software from other repositories that end up going down or don't keep
up to date, so I moved back to Suse for desktop systems. (I still run
debian on any Linux servers, but I'm moving more and more of them to
Solaris 10 on sparc)

could be!, I thought Nvidia drivers were binary (well there's a binary
part anyway)

It works "okish" on my Nvidia card
