[plug] update-rc.d help

I found what I was looking for.
it was update-rc.d <package> NN (startup number) lvl (level).
I needed to start a package at a certain time after a certain package started.

Hi Jon,
update-rc.d <package> defaults
will put startup scripts for <package> in a number of the /etc/rcX.d init dirs
