I'll certainly be watching this - I am sick of the flaky/limited/prop.
PalmOS! There was an announcement yesterday that palm are looking at an
official Linux version as well - Palm treo's running WinCE (great name
this, gives me a chuckle everytime I say it ...), Linux and PamlOS.

The Treo 700W (WinCE) seems to have some hardware changes over the 650.
The big problem is going to be trying to get all the HW functionality
working - phone, bluetooth, ...

*** I find PalmOS a bit flaky - resets and "funnies". The propriety
aspect and difficulty in programming the thing to overcome some of its
limitations are also a bit of a put off.
