What the what?

A few things - Ive missed what has happened here, but I have a few objective
points:

a) Its "you're' not 'your' :D
2) If I criticise you lots from this point, can I buy beer with your
membership money
C) I dont know what your idea was, but anything that can possibly help
newbies gets my vote.
IV) The effort involved in producing that announcement is unprecedented.
Perhaps you need another hobby. :D
5) For every idea, there are people who are for it, and against it. If you
enter into too much public debate about your actions you will always be
disappointed. It is a much better idea to 'do' rather than to 'ask'. Once
you get the ball rolling, others will join and the negative nancies dont get
a chance to respond.

Above all else, try not to take it too seriously.

Maybe a NLUG (Newbies Linux User's Group) is in order? :D
