Arie, you're welcome back at any time.

We can shout down the grumblers on-list but off-list you're on your own, 
as anywhere. Even total geniuses like Nicola Tesla had their problems 
with hecklers (including in his case no less than Thomas Edison), but 
what really counts when all the dust has settled is what was actually 
done. Anything you do to help newbies will go down in history, but 
their heckling will not (unless it's spectacularly embarrassing to 
them, but I'm sure you get my point).
