[plug] KDE process needs manual termination

Jim,

I am running MDK 10.1 official.  This process is started by kdeinit  and 
if your running KDE desktop
kded should be running all the time. Have not had it run away with the 
cpu like you though.
The KDE site has a pretty good descrition of the KDE start up process 
and what the services do.
