PC100 runs at 100Mhz PC 133 runs at 133Mhz - Most PC133 will fall back to 100 Mhz with no problems.

Voltage difference is generally insignificant - 2.8v (PC 133) - 3.2 v(PC100) - it can be a problem
on some m/boards - if this is the case the m/board will not POST - will just beep instead.

HINT; If you mix them use PC133 in first banks - all memory will default to the speed of the slower
chips - if you use PC100 in first banks - m/b may not POST - if it does POST you may have problems
with memory intensive tasks --------> SEGFAULTS etc.....
