I'm betting it's his own and that it thinks it is "westnet.com.au".

It also does DNS resolution, and if his machine is using it with the 
default, autodetected settings, it will be searching westnet.com.au; if 
his MTA is in turn relying on this, that may explain why it thinks it's 
WestNet.
