It is, but it is also a very good general purpose server.  I like it's
no nonsense approach to installation, configuration, and
administration.  The man pages are particularly excellent and there is a
well thought out FAQ that is actively maintained and revolves around
understanding what you are doing rather than just being given a step by
step methodology.

I really like OpenBSD.  But I would advise you Adrian to try all three
to see which one you like best.  I would probably try them all quite a
bit and get used to them before deploying them in a production
environment though as they can seem more stict than linux when it comes
to setting things up "The Proper Way"
