urpmi.removemedia -a
urpmi.addmedia name path://to.new.urpmi/mirror(s)
urpmi urpmi
urpmi --auto-select
urpmi kernel

Messier, but it does the job... oop, hang on, this was discussing Red 
Hat. Perhaps YUM can do similar things?
