Can you give us the output of lsmod? It looks as though the alsa
drviers have been loaded for usb audio. You may just need to unmute
the card (alsa drivers all start with the card muted assuming startup
scripts with do this) alsamixer has worked for me in the past - anyone
have a favorite mixer program?
