Several of westpac's online services are "IE" specific. Whilst I have not tried munging my browser id line to see if it will work with firefox, there are a couple of areas which just do not work under firefox, but work fine under IE. One of those areas is the "Pay anyone". Under IE, you can enter the payee details and press the "add" button (from memory) and it puts that payee's details at the bottom of the page. Under Firefox, the details just disappear into the ether never to be proceeded from again.
The "other accounts" area just plain refuses to allow you to even try if you do not have a "IE and an MS windows" operating system "click here if you wish to upgrade now".

As a westpac user myself, these points are most frustrating. Anyone who has any fixes for these or other stories that confirm that they can be made to work under "other than IE" browsers would be great to hear from.
Regards,

Adam.
