Not sure Tim but if it works let me know :-)
I decided setting up the menus with clicky clicky clicky was a waste
of time and dropped into the .xfce4rc file to hack the XML around. Make
a copy as you go. Xfce has a take-no-prisoners XML parser that blows the
lot away if there is the slightest error :-) How do I know this ? Grr.
Xfce rewrite the rc file as it exits, removing any edits, so make sure
you aren't running Xfce for the user that you are editing.
Global settings all seem to have changed from 4.0 to 4.2 and I've yet to
figure that out again :=| I'm trying to use /etc/xcfe4 files and avoid
/etc/skel workarounds if I can.
