I agree, although I'd like the welcome message to appear as "self-
contained" as possible: so I'd suggest putting links at the end, not
in the middle. Unfortunately, I tend to cringe at the title ("How to
Ask Questions the Smart Way"). I think it's a perfect title for many
contexts, where it is being used to "screen out" some people's e-mails.
I don't want to give that false impression, though, since it's not our
aim.
