[plug] mythtv errors

I'm a long way from home (visiting Las Vegas) so I don't have access
to an installed mythtv.  However, IIRC, there is a small mysql script
(mc.sql???) included with the package which sets up the database.  I
had the same problem.  I do not have access to my notes and have a
significant memory leak so I cannot tell you what I did.
