If you go to the menu
View->Workspace->Handout View
you can then use the stylist to modify layout.
Choose the 3 slides per page layout.
Now for the manual stuff.
Drag and drop the slides to fit down one side of the page, still no lines for
notes, but a blank area is available.
Looking now for an easy way to insert a text area with lines, to finish it
off, however this should be a good start and perhaps people smarter than me
will have an answer to the lines bit.
