[plug] Network Opinions

Microsoft offer for free.  That is assuming you have a couple decades
up your sleeves to wait for them.

Can't afford downtime AT ALL.  The network heres replies on the VoIP
and Server being active.  There are businesses running out of here
that support the community centre.

What Distro would people recomend?  I'm enclined to go Debian Based
because it natively supports Apt-Get, etc. etc.
