[plug] Library

[Chris Watt]

Being written in PERL, I'm not quite sure if there is anyone who could
handle it.  Although in saying that, I can still have a chat to the
Lecturers, but I wouldn't be surprised if they say it's a little too
hard considering it's not one of the languages we focus on.
