[plug] Bind Question

Hello,

I just want to know why my bind file fails everytime I change something 
small in one of my zone files? How long does it take for the changes to take 
effect.

Everytime I query my dns server using dig www.joongcho.com I get:

status: SERVFAIL

Does anyone have any idea's on Bind?
