[plug] PHP/Apache on Debian

Hi guys, in reference to 
http://www.plug.org.au/archives/message/20050109.112521.b1882a8a.html I 
too just had the same problem.

A clean install of debian-31r0a-i386-binary-1.iso was done.

It had the correct entries in the httpd.conf, however these were 
commented out. I uncommented these, however it still asked me if I 
wanted to download the file.

So, as per Onno's post - I ran the grep command and noticed there was no 
LoadModule in the modules.conf file.

I added the command to the modules.conf file, and it is now working.
