You're missing a pair of numbers to start with. How are/did you
configure your nic? Something looks to have swapped a few pairs.
Check /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 and see whether it
lists a mac address there. You can safely remove it - the error
message should go away then, either that or make it match your real
mac address.
