[plug] TV tuner

I have a Winfast TV 2000 XP Deluxe TV Tuner card and in kubuntu, when i  
run scantv, it comes up with the following error

what should i do to set up my tv tuner? scantv comes up with the following  
error	
scanwinder	vbi:open failed [/dev/vbi]	
scanwinder	open /dev/dbi: No such file or directory

does this mean it dosent have a driver for it?
how should i go about getting it to work?
