[plug] New mailing list: userconf at plug

Hello everyone,

After the recent discussion on the possibility of holding a Linux user
conference in Perth, Leon has suggested that we create a new mailing
list for the purpose.  This seemed like an eminently sensible idea so
now we have ... userconf at plug.org.au

The list is intended for those who would like to help organise such a
conference, anyone who might want to present a session or two at it,
as well as everyone who would be potentially interested in attending
it and would like to have a say in its format, or just keep up-to-date
on what's going on.

It's also gated to the newsgroup plug.userconf on the PLUG news server.
