Or you can do what I did and install ADSL on one line and then drop the
ISDN on the other line[0]. Once the ADSL is confirmed up and working
switch of the NT1+[1] roll up the cables and place in a cupboard. After
3 months a service tech will come and as they have been experiencing
surges on the line resulting from the exchange not being able to sync
with the NT1+ :-) Caused some issues for them at the exchange from what
the tech told me.
