[plug] Auto hibernate when machine has been idle for 30 minutes

setting the vol controls and starting/stopping alsasound via the
initscripts worked.  This normally happens on shutdown, but as I dont
use audio regularly means its probably never been saved with usable
defaults since the last reconfigure/install whatever!

Audio is solved.
