Maybe http://www.ralphb.net/IPSubnet/ has something to offer?   IPv4 intensive.
Or http://www.uwsg.iu.edu/usail/external/recommended/subnetadd.html which 
is a one-pager again IPv4.   This latter is probably better since you'll 
just be wanting to blow the cobwebs away?
