[plug] Next InstallFest?

Pick a date and let's get one underway. I'd like to try some mailboxing for it 
and at the same time test the waters for a potential local userconf.

I'd also like to try doing small installfests one after another. One each in 
or near Joondalup, Midland, Armadale, Rockingham and the CBD.
