Does mirror.pacific.net.au? That lives in (AFAICT) Sydney but is 
WAIX-connected (usual left-over-from-Comindico disclaimers apply, but as an 
ArachNet customer, I've never been billed for traffic from it) and seems to 
be both comprehensive and up-to-date.

I know which ISP I'd be connecting with in the Eastern States, anyway. (-:
