Roughly half of those comments are of the "and then I replaced with with 
Linux and all was sweet" variety.

Worse than that, more than half of the Mac comments are about how much they 
hate Windows (either at work or until they replaced it with Mac or because 
their next computer *will* be a Mac).

I guess the surveyors are only interested in rage, as such.
