In /etc/cups/cupsd.conf there is a section which contains:
<Location />
Order Deny,Allow
Deny From All
Allow From 192.168.0.*
</Location>
I *think* I had to modify mine to this so it would work...
Have a look - you might find the difference in the default that needs
changing...
