[plug] Mozilla Calendar with Neon

Thanks Aaron
That howto did everything I needed it to do including the ssl setup in
Apache that has been on my to do list for a while.
It seems to work great.
I am now experimenting with sharing Calendars between users but I expect
 no major issues with that.
