There are several large enough venues if you got the right people 
involved.  The gym at the local high school, the shire recreation centre 
or the shire civic centre would probably hold large numbers of people.

The issue is having multiple medium sized venues for concurrent sessions 
location in close proximity of each other - the closest to this would be 
the high school.
