[plug] Mandriver 2006 - Print pdf file from Acrobat reader and Kghostview

My Acrobat Reader still refuses to print.
Using Kghostview  to open a saved email PDF file - then "print" - I get the 
error message which follows:

"A print error occurred. Error message received from system.
Error while reading filter description for True.
Empty command line received."

How do I fix this and with what command?

Hopefully this fix will enable printing directly from the email attachment 
using the acrobat reader.
