Hi Adam,

to answer on topic, here are a couple of Linux based PDAs which come
close to your requirements.

Sharp Zaurus SL-3100
http://www.users.on.net/~hluc/myZaurus/ (link from previous post by Paul Arch)
Sharp only released in Japan, english conversions available on Ebay.

Nokia 770
http://www.nokia.com/770
Debian GNU/Linux based.  Several Debian developers work at Nokia OSSO
on the project. Only currently released in Europe(and no reselling
yet, must be to good to part with :-)
