[plug] Turning an out of date PC into a linux home entertainment thingymabob?

My son just put a 64 bit AMD system together using this case, and it is
*VERY* quiet.  Stock AMD fan.  Now I am trying to quiet down his old
AMD-tbird 1.4G room heater for my new myth box ...
