What do YOU use to ftp >2GB files?

Especially since I have GBs of data downloaded over days, and no obvious
way to find out which parts are valid. It look OK, but fails md5.

Does anybody have  SUSE-10.0-EvalDVD-i386-GM.iso there?
Mind running a small script please? ( foreach GB { dd | md5sum } )
