Likely just one person. I've dealt with four different salesthings plus 
Hannah and Janet and they've all been generally helpful. Most of them 
know squat about Linux, but at least two of them run it at home.

I did see one guy get huffy at them when he didn't meet _Microsoft's_ 
minimum requirements for an OEM price on OS and office suite, and the 
PLE sales dude apologetically refused to sell him one.

Because they don't run Linux in-house, I don't expect them to comment on 
the Linux compatibility or otherwise of a product. Because of the 
margins they (and every other wholesaler in Perth, expect to see some 
closures over the coming year unless this changes) now run on, I don't 
begrudge them a stringent set of rules or an unwillingness ot stop and 
fuss over something.
