[plug] Bandwidth testing

Hey Guys,

I'd like to test a link for maximum bandwidth before losing packets with 
udp.

Ideally the output would look something like:
Sending packets at 10Kb/s (5 seconds) - no packets lost, increasing rate
Sending packets at 13Kb/s (5 seconds) - no packets lost, increasing rate
Sending packets at 16Kb/s (5 seconds) - 2 packets lost, decreasing rate
Sending packets at 14Kb/s ......

What are people on the list using for bandwidth testing?
