[plug] [Slightly-OT] Computer for Paralysed

I should add that if price is a factor as you mentioned, then some of 
these technologies may be hard to get hold of.  Look out for second hand 
items maybe?  Ebay?
Hopefully some other people can build on the ideas I have mentioned, 
just off the top of my head.
I'll be keeping it in mind and an eye out for anything that might be 
suitable for adaptation etc.
