[plug] Sub-10 Second X-Sessions

On Debian Sarge 3.1 I found out that one way the .ICEauthority
acquires root permissions was with this command:

$ sudo kwifimanager

Coincidentally, I closed a related bug this morning as it is now
reported as fixed in Debian Unstable.
