[plug] Internet Cafes in City / Northbridge

afternoon all

i'll be visiting your sunny city next week and if my friends internet access
leaves anything to be desired i'll be looking for an internet cafe in the
city / northbridge in order to telework.

any recommendations of places that:
- will let you hook up a laptop
- have good access bandwidth
- bulk time discounts (eg. 2 full days)
- comfy chairs
