Another thing to consider is that with the release of Vista and the
new DirectX on top of that, writing a copy of Cedega or Wine to be
compatible with that level of integration is going to be _very_ slow
and problematic.

The Transgaming guys have been slowing down more and more in the past
year with their releases, making the value of my subscription less
equatable every month.

Personally I thing the Linux Gaming industry is holding it breath,
waiting to see how much the demand picks up. So I'm throwing my lot in
with them.
I find the value of www.tuxgames.com to be pretty good (some games you
can even download immediately rather than wait for the CD to arrive in
the mail! ).
I'll be buying Cold War and Dominions This month. (I've been waiting
for Cold War to come out for _ages_ :-) )
