Be that as it may, the point is that the OFFICIAL time in WA is now WSDT 
and nobody has the right to change that. Yes you can vote again in three 
years time, but in the meantime, the rest of the world and a probably 
half of Western Australian agree that the time has now been advanced. 
The other half also agree, albeit reluctantly that has been advanced as 
well.

The world is no longer flat and WA now has daylight saving, therefore, 
the PLUG servers must be set correctly.
