This is 2006 - you don't need or want all that.
/boot? When is the last time you saw the 1024-cylindar limit?

Eliminate /usr and /var too, if its not a big office server. See:

I'd add an extra root-sized partiton, so you can test-install
a new distro, or have a backup boot.
