[plug] Packets not showing up

I'm test driving a new product for a client and the program is supposed to work over port 42508.  What it does is a network discovery of the workstations and then allows you to push the program to those workstations.  Problem I'm having is seeing the packets on the internal iface of the gateway.  I've done this with the FW down.  I will see a single line and that's all.  Anyone have any idea why this is so?
