[plug] SNMP tool

Yeh - been having a look at cacti (finally got the mail archive search 
to work!)

Will be used to monitor a switch, ADSL router, VoIP ATA, with expansion 
onto other devices.. will MRTG do that?

Got a meeting to head off to, so will have to wait till tonight now.
