[plug] Overclocking a CPU

A lot of later generation CPUs have the clock multiplier locked (both
AMD and Intel CPUs), so you actually have to overclock by increasing the
bus speed, which also ties into overclocking your memory as well (which
may be a bad thing, depending on what speed your memory is rated to run at).

There are heaps of guides around on the net in regards to overclocking
various CPUs and setups. There are heaps of pitfalls though, and you
can very, very quickly fry your CPU and/or other components.
