[plug] Looking for Hotspot Distro/Software

Well it depends if you mind paying for it or not :)

The company (pieNetworks) I work for has such a system in place on our 
kiosks (pieWIFI). There are multiple sites around Perth (and other 
cities) that provide this functionality - including Perth Domestic Airport.
