[plug] main roads website

On a recent holiday, as an experiment I tried to find out about the
Brand Highway closure via the main roads website using a Palm treo and a
telsta prepaid card.

1. telstra data rates are very expensive - $13 for a few minutes time as
the data trickled through.
2. main roads web site sucks big time
	no obvious low bandwidth links
	you need a java app to access the info

Is anyone aware of a low bandwidth way to access this info?  I am
emailing the "feedback" link separately.
